Cruise Workflow for Travefy

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TRAVEFY WORKFLOWS:

Due to the limits of Travefy's messaging feature (for now), I recommend that you send some of the email templates from your email platform (Gmail/Outlook) instead of through Travefy. This is because they are formatted and include hyperlinks for a more thorough trip prep process for your clients.

You can copy & paste those emails from the attached Google Docs in the applicable sections: Onboarding, Post-Trip, & Cruise Line Deposit & Final Payment emails. None of these should be automated anyway, so this is the best way to make sure you are delivering a thorough client experience.

Here are some tutorials to help you learn how to store & send email templates right inside Gmail or Outlook:

*If you use a different email platform, you may need to research if it has template storage and how to use it. If not, a text expander like Text Blaze would work well.
